Ramon de Oliveira
Ramon de Oliveira has lived a Chinese proverb, having actively spent a big chunk of life in interesting times. He began his journey in the late 1970s, and soon enough, found himself quickly traversing through investment securities and trading sales. This experience served him well over the years and extended until the 1990s.
At this point, de Oliveira had already secured a senior role within JP Morgan as lead executive of their Investment Management and Private Bank section. His prominence continued to rise until he was placed on the executive committee with this same firm. De Oliveira was also part of the negotiating team responsible for transitioning JP Morgan to its current owner Chase Manhattan Bank, as well as acquiring a major stake in American Century Mutual Funds.
In spite of his successful business track record, de Oliveira has also been heavily involved with charitable organizations and community efforts throughout this time period - so much so that he was awarded the Chevalier des Arts et Lettres by French government to acknowledge his contributions to their country.
He has since gone on to join RdeO Consulting LLC as a partner for 14 years now, offering strategic advice for investments and communication assistance. De Oliveira's portfolio is further supplemented by board director roles within notable companies such as AXA Group, Hartford Insurance Company, Kaufmann Foundation, Antin Infrastructure Partners plus being an advisor for Polish & American Freedom Foundation's Investment Committee.
